If you have rule changes you would like to submit for your class or for the club, please use the form below, or send an email to pullecipa@gmail.com with your proposal.
All rule change requests must be submitted prior to November 14th, 2021. All requests will then be posted on the ECIPA website.
The 2021 ECIPA Annual Meeting and Banquet will be at the Longbranch Hotel & Convention Center in Cedar Rapids, IA on November 20th, 2021.
The Springville Tractor Pullers Association is pleased to have the East Central Iowa Pullers Association come to Springville, IA tonight for Springville Fun Days.
