The 2023 Rules Meeting was held on Saturday November 12th, 2022, below is a link to the 2023 ECIPA Rule Changes that were voted on by the ECIPA Board of Directors. The 2023 ECIPA Rule Book will be updated and available on January 1st, 2023.
